We hope that we’ve provided you with a product that you and your pup are delighted with. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the product cost (minus the cost of shipping). You have 90 days from receiving your item to submit a return. Returns with proof of purchase will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at: returns@prestagon.com. Ideally let us know why you would like to return your item, so that we can continue to improve our products and customer service. Please pack the product in its original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us and obtaining a return tracking number. We'll provided you with a return address and more details once you initiate the return.
Five (5) Year Limited Warranty
We want you and your pet to enjoy your Pet Steps for years to come. For that reason, we will warranty them for five (5) years. Under our warranty, we will repair or replace your pet steps if found to be defective in material, construction or workmanship. However, our warranty will not cover products that have been misused or abused, including damage resulting from pets chewing, scratching or soiling them, or other misuses.
